Sweet potatoes and heat go hand in hand together. This simple preparation for Roasted Sweet Potato Slices goes well with both roasted or grilled meats or vegetables.
In the winter I will roast these in the oven, but come summer they are on the barbecue in a vegetable wok.

- 2 medium to large sweet potatoes (choose sweet potatoes that are an even thickness through the middle.)
- 1/4 cup chipolte olive oil (or use regular olive oil plus 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or a dash of Tobasco sauce)
- Good sprinkle cinnamon
