Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

Balsamic Pork Tenderloin is a lovely way to start the barbecue season. The pork is marinated during the day and then barbecued to perfection, moist and delicious.

This is very nice served with a green salad and home fried potatoes.

Remove pork from marinade and reserve liquid. Heat up the barbecue. Place pork on the grill over medium-high heat. Brush with marinade. Sear all sides of the tenderloin. If using a three or two burner grill, turn off the back burner and place the tenderloin there.
