These Braised Short Ribs are cooked with onions and a tomato sauce mixture that produces tender and juicy ribs with a wonderful sauce for mashed potatoes.

Lovely the first day, these Braised Short Ribs mellow overnight and are just as good the next day.

Serve with mashed potatoes (or garlic mashed) and a nice green salad.
