Buttermilk Cucumber Dressing

Buttermilk Cucumber Dressing

Sometimes, it is nice to take a break from regular vinaigrette mixtures of olive oil and vinegars and spices.

Buttermilk Cucumber Dressing is a versatile and low cal creamy dressing that is delightful on mixed greens, arugula, and spinach salads.  It is also a nice sauce to accompany chicken or seafood.
